Magnate tractor-driven generators are designed, engineered and built to provide instant emergency power in the event of a power failure... and have been doing just that for over 30 years!
A Magnate Generator is continuously rated to work in a tough environment. It has a robust, quiet and cool-running gearbox that converts the 540 or 1000rpm from the tractor PTO to the 1500rpm of the alternator which is the heart of the system. We don't offer high speed, lightweight 3000rpm generators because they don't meet the standards of durability, reliability and long life that we think are essential in a farming environment.
